People will be joining with those from all over the country to protest at the Labour Party Conference this Sunday. A coach from Cambridge will be taking
The national Stop the War Coalition will have its own section on the demo and we need everyone who can make it to come along.
People will be protesting against many of New Labour’s policies including;
The continuing deployment of troops in Afghanistan and the vast cost in human life suffered as a result
The proposed replacement Trident nuclear programme that will cost billions of pounds that could be spent on jobs, education and public services for the most vulnerable in society
Their vicious attacks on civil liberties in the name of the war on terror
